Photography
There are many ways of looking at the world: its contrasts, its wounded landscapes and people, or the absurdities of our so-called “civilised world”. At a time when smartphones capture food, sunsets and selfies by the hundreds every second, all across the planet, I still find myself deeply drawn to photography.
In these galleries, you will find photographic projects exploring particular subjects and ideas, alongside journeys gathered over some fifteen years of travel. I write to question the world, our society, and to invent fictions. I paint to express inner emotions. I photograph to bear witness to the world, in all its beauty, fragility and diversity.
